In January we visited South Africa, Malawi, Zanzibar, Kenya and Ethiopia.  Although the conflict in Somalia kept us wondering about what our journey would be like, ultimately we were deeply blessed in our pilgrimage for Timkat, the Feast of the Epiphany.  Melia and Heidi even became national celebrities in Ethiopia.
